In my other world committee votes first then gives everybody their top 8 players to pick from.

Yeah posting votes hasn't really helped more people get in the last few seasons. Maybe if we did all hitters this season and all pitchers the next might help?

I think we need to refine the HOF process. Votes are gonna be too spread out. In one of my other worlds we use a selection committee to pick 8 finalists then we can only vote for one of the finalists
